Exchange and Refund Policy
Kindly note the Exchange and Refund policy as under;
- Items sold are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- We do offer exchange within 2 working days of the order being delivered, provided that the garment is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged due to hygiene reasons. (Picture reference needed).
- Only eligible for SIZE exchange.
- Articles purchased during Sale will NOT be exchanged.
- For exchange, kindly confirm the order details via email help@yarathestore.com or inbox us on our Facebook or Instagram page.
- After confirming size/article availability, the garment(s) are to be sent back to us at the address below and tracking details are to be provided to us.
- Address: Plot 235, Sector 24, Korangi Industrial Area, Korangi, Karachi
- NOTE: KARACHI ORDERS CAN BE EXCHANGED THROUGH RIDER (Excluding far off areas). Rider Charges Rs. 300/-
- Garments will be checked and passed from QC upon receipt. Once passed, the preferred size/article will be sent out. Price differences will be charged where applicable.
- Sending back charges will be borne by Customer while YARA THE STORE will bear re-dispatch charges.
- All products must be in undamaged the original packing must be sent back along the products.
- YARA THE STORE reserves the right to refuse exchange if any of the conditions aren’t met.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to the photographic lighting source or the screen, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and order invoice.
- Do not accept the parcel if it’s damage or seal opened. YARA THE STORE will not be responsible for such exchanges.
- Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website.
- YARA THE STORE doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased from any unauthorized sellers and individuals.
- Any order placed at YARATHESTORE.com, will be delivered in the original YARA’s flyer and/or International and local orders that are delivered in a box will be wrapped with the YARA logo tape. We will not entertain any complaint where customer hasn’t received the order in the original flyer / tape.
Refund:
YARA THE STORE does not offer a “cash refund”.
Refund may only be issued only if.
- Credit/Debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before YARA THE STORE starts processing the shipment.
- An article is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.
- Products are returnable within the two days of delivery if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Yara The Store. Customer is required to apply for return & exchange by form on portal.
Order Cancellation
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
YARA THE STORE has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
